LaSalle Digital Advisory is a boutique, partner‑led firm offering retained executive search, talent advisory, and market intelligence to family offices and digital‑asset teams across Chicagoland. We understand how traders and investment professionals think, work, and are paid — and we use that understanding to help principals hire the leaders their capital depends on.
Why we exist
Family offices need two kinds of leaders: the people who invest the capital, and the people who run everything around it — finance, accounting, operations, risk, and the principal's office. We search for both.
What sets us apart is fluency in trading — the world many of the strongest candidates on either side come from. Trading firms pay, restrict, and judge talent differently, and most recruiters don't speak that language. We founded LaSalle Digital to close that gap — for the families hiring and the leaders making the move.
